Dear Members
We have very exciting news to convey to you that is going to
put Bluechip in a class of its own.
Pre-paid cellular airtime.
How would you like to receive a kick back from everybody in your
downline purchasing airtime from any of the three cellular companies.
Furthermore, being able to purchase this airtime 24 hours per
day, 7 days a week, by only sending a SMS and it will be available
seconds later.
This exciting new technology will be available from August 2002,
and you will be informed on how to subscribe. This will definitely
change network marketing forever.
Cell phone insurance
Always wanted to insure your pre-paid cell phone, but could not
find a company to do it through? As from August 2002 you will
be able to do this with Bluechip via Netcover and in the process
earn an income from others in your network also insuring their
phones.
Short-term Insurance
This is surely the most powerful network opportunity that Bluechip
arranged in conjunction with Netcover, an on-line brokerage and
a member of the MWeb/Media 24 Group. As your broker, they will
be at your service for advice, claims processing etc. They are
brokers for Santam, Mutual & Federal, S A Eagle and Auto &
General. They represent 80% of the total short-term insurance
market in South Africa. Can you see the potential?
Most people are already paying monthly short-term insurance premiums
and receiving no benefit from doing so. Instead of just paying
those premiums every month, you can now get something back, without
changing your current policy or increasing your premium.

.. You can turn this into an income generating
business opportunity, giving you a regular monthly income.
Since we introduced short-term insurance, we have done so
well that we have now negotiated better commissions through Netcover.
To date we have been paying 25% of broker's commission into the
downline. As from August this will increase to an unbelievable
40%. You can already sign up you potential clients so that
their policies are in on time for the increased commission.
All members can go to PRODUCTS and click on SHORT-TERM INSURANCE
at the bottom of page and SUBMIT. This will give you two options:
1. Broker's Note
This is the easiest and quickest way because you only print and
complete a Broker's Note which is then faxed through to Netcover.
Your existing monthly premium and insurer will stay the same;
only Netcover will then become your new broker.
2. Comparative quotes
Here you will go through to the Netcover web page and register
as a Bluechip client and you will be able to see comparative quotes
from Santam, Mutual & Federal, S A Eagle and Auto & General.
All prospective new members to Bluechip must first register with
Bluechip to receive their Bluechip Member ID so that Netcover
will recognize them as Bluechip members.
There is a one-page summary for short-term insurance under SERVICES
that can be handed out to prospective clients.
Since Bluechip has introduced short-term insurance for networks,
other networks have also seen the potential and jumped on the
bandwagon. With some you even have an increase in policy fee to
be able to pay higher commissions. Why pay a higher premium if
you can change to Bluechip and have a program where you can view
and update your portfolio whenever you want. For the increase
in policy fee you can rather purchase another product from Bluechip
and you will have extra cover and earn three times the commission
offered by other Network Marketing companies. Remember Bluechip
has seven levels which is more than many others offer. At least
you can afford to sign up your wife or husband underneath you
by taking one of the other products.
Where some other companies have only one product, BLUECHIP has
an ever-increasing basket of products, which means that you can
sell more than one product to every person in your downline, therefore
increasing your income potential up to 3 times compared
to that of other network marketing companies. Getting excited?
Funeral Plan
To streamline the administration and to offer you a more comprehensive
service, Cape Group Administrators (KGA) have taken over our portfolio
of clients and will in future handle all administration and underwriting
of the product.
The cover and waiting periods for all existing policies will
remain the same. We have changed to KGA for the following reasons:
· Streamlined administration with the most advanced computer
programs in the market, backed up by 16 years of administration
experience
· Shorter waiting periods - 3 or 6 months
· Claims attended to within 24 hours
· Call centre
· Groups can be accommodated
· Individuals from other funeral plans can now be accommodated
without forfeiting their waiting period
· No restrictions placed on the size of a family
· Acknowledges traditional wives
· KGA have their own funeral services throughout the country
· Policy certificate will soon be available on the web
for immediate printing.
These are some of the benefits and selling points to you as policyholder
and networker.
E-mail invites
The Internet connections and short-term insurance are doing very
well and therefore we have included an e-mail invite for you to
send out to people in your address book. These two products are
extremely suitable for e-mail marketing. These invites automatically
include your Member ID when sent from your computer and they are
found under SERVIVES in your MEMBER's section. Once you have them
on your screen, you go to FILE on your Internet Explorer, down
to SEND and then use SEND AS E-MAIL function. Go to your address
book and add the names you would like to send it to.
Presentations
The PowerPoint presentations found under SERVICES have been updated
to also include the Internet connections and short-term insurance.
Because of the different marketing strategies for the Internet
connection and short-term insurance, we include a separate presentation
covering only the above mentioned two products.
Clean-up of network program
As you would have noticed, everybody that has not confirmed their
applications or that has been unpaid for the last three months
have been removed from the network. In future this will be done
on a regular basis. To get back into Bluechip, you will have to
re-apply by completing a new application form and faxing it to
us to have it confirmed.
If you have recently, for what ever reason, cancelled your membership
with us and after reading the above and seeing the potential,
would like to change your mind and want to be re-instated in your
old position before the next clean-up at the end of July 2002,
please fax or e-mail me at Bluechip so that I can get you back
into the system. Hurry up and don't delay or postpone, you could
be losing out on a wonderful opportunity.
I hope that you, with what we have put together and achieved
in Bluechip, will be able to generate enough income to give you
that peace of mind, knowing that there will be a residual income
every month, increasing monthly as your network grows.

Clean-up of Downline
We have been very lenient and accommodating with networkers not
paying their premiums and confirming applications. This is unfortunately
causing an administrative burden and we have been forced to take
the following action.
Any member that for three (3) consecutive months have not paid
their premiums or confirmed their application will be removed
from the downline and the position will be taken because we are
going to implement a roll-up system. Cancelled members will be
allowed to rejoin if they wish to by completing a new application
and faxing through their confirmation.
Existing unpaid and unconfirmed members (soon marked with a star
* next to their names on the downline) will have until the end
of the month to rectify their position.
I would again like to thank all the members for their support
and hard work. Bluechip has strived to bring you products and
a program to make networking worth your while and with what we
have available now, you should be able to achieve this.

Dear Bluechip Members
It gives us great pleasure in bringing you an updated version
of our website as well as another product for your convenience
and also to earn an extra income from it.
The front page of the website now reflects more clearly what
Bluechip is all about and we have added an on-line presentation
that will within minutes give you or your prospective client an
overview of the Bluechip Business Opportunity. More elaborate
changes with pictures, etc. could have been made, but this would
have slowed down the download of the home page over the Internet
and to prevent this, we kept it to the minimum.

wat dit benodig het. Die aanbieding is in swart en wit wat in
Microsoft Word sal oopmaak en dan gedruk kan word. Omdat almal
se programme nie eenders opgestel is nie, maak net seker dat die
regte opskrifte bo-aan die bladsye is deur die nodige spasies
in te sit voordat u dit druk.
In the coming weeks there will be more updates and changes made
to the website, but you will be notified accordingly. One of these
upgrades will be that we are going to clean up the website from
members that have either signed up and have not yet sent in their
confirmations or for members that have been unpaid for three months
and longer. You will however be notified about this and all members
will have enough grace to rectify their position with Bluechip
before they will be removed. The other changes will be to help
you manage your down line better with more search facilities and
so on.
As the picture on the new front page of the website reflects,
Bluechip very much employs the use of the computer and the internet
and therefore to make it easier for you to afford and get the
internet, we are introducing our own internet connections at a
very competitive price and to top it all, you will be able to
earn a substantial commission for referring other people to also
make use of it. At first it will not be fully automated, but if
the numbers warrant it, we will upgrade accordingly.
You can now connect to the Internet for as little as R89-00 per
month and of this amount R25-00 will be paid to the down line
as commission. This will enable you to earn approximately R16
000 per month on a full 3 x 3 matrix up to 7 levels (see presentation).
The only difference is that with the Internet connections there
will be a fixed amount and not a percentage paid per level in
the down line. The same bonus structure will apply as with the
other Bluechip products and you will receive commission on all
new applications as well as on everybody that is already in your
down line that will be using the internet connection. In your
account section this will be split so that you can see who is
using what product and how much commission you are receiving on
the different products per level.
A one page presentation and application form are available under
SERVICES on the website. You can also join directly on the website
and the same procedure is followed with the faxing of the signed
application with debit order authorization to be confirmed. After
receiving this, you will be notified exactly how to go about getting
connected.
The voting poll on the home page is a tool that would always
keep us in touch with the views of our members and from our side
we would like to inspire you with the Tip of the Week and I hereby
invite you to let us have any inspirational or motivational quotes
that we could include weekly. There will be an archive for all
previous quotes for you to browse whenever needed in future.
I hope the changes made for the New Year will inspire you to
get motivated to make 2002 the year we all would want to remember
as the one that has made the difference in our lives.

NEWSLETTER NO.6 (1 September 2001)
Dear Bluechip Members
We want to apologize for once again making changes to the website,
but if the requests are made via the networkers, we are obliged
to attend to them.
To better the new commission structure, we went back to our underwriters
and administrators of the products and because of increased figures,
negotiated a better package. This enabled us to increase the downline
commission to 45% over the seven levels and also to increase the
bonuses slightly for the lower numbers.
We could achieve the above by the removal of the Sanlam products
that were subsidized by the other product lines. The Sanlam products
had to be removed from the program for after months of negotiations
with all the different departments, all the products with their
separate application forms being approved and the computer program
upgraded to accommodate the changes, Sanlam have come to the conclusion
that they do not approve of their products being marketed on a
multi-level or network basis.
FMI, with their MS Life products, has stepped in and taken over the
Sanlam products. The few that have signed up with Sanlam will
soon be contacted to make arrangements to change or upgrade their
products.
FMI with MS Life also fits better into our vision of taking Bluechip
international, for MS Life has representation in 130 countries worldwide
and if we have to build up a good foundation to be able to compete
internationally, then MS Life is the company that will be able to
do that for us. We should therefor build on them and it is only
fair that their products be marketed. An endorsement from their
side will be on the web early next week.
With all the separate Sanlam forms removed, we will now only
have one application form. This will make it easier for
you and it will streamline our administration even further.
Please update your product info, presentation and application
forms to the new ones and would the upliners also inform their
downlines of the changes.
We once again apologize for the many changes, but if you are
involved in a growing industry, e-commerce and multi-level marketing
(the selling of products over the internet) and you are ahead
of your competition, you must expect some resistance and we have
overcome many of those in the last few months.
We therefore thank you for your support and sticking with us
throughout these growing phases because together we are a force
to be reckoned with. If our opposition is trying to prevent their
policyholders from introducing Bluechip to their downlines, this
is for sure a very positive sign that the above is true.

NEWSLETTER NO.5 (16 August 2001)
Dear Bluechip Members,
The promised changes to the website have been made and we would
like to explain why it was done.
Commission on monthly premium.
As mentioned in the previous newsletter, the double commission
structure was confusing and some networkers only worked the system
they preferred and did not offer the full range of products to
their clients.
To be able to pay the same commission on all products, we had
to lower the percentage of premium over the seven levels to 42%.
The percentages per level were structured in such a manner that
your earnings over the seven levels will not be greatly affected
and the bonus structure will definitely make up for the loss of
income over the first few levels.
The new downline structure will replace the old structure on
the 20th August, when we close for this month's commission that
will be paid out on the 25th August. All applications with
premiums due for the 1st October will fall under the new income
and incentive structure.
Funeral Plan.
We will in future only make use of the Bluechip Funeral Cover. It was the only one that fitted in with the changes to the
commission structure. FFI that administered the Sanlam product
have also placed all their existing business with Sage.
Those networkers that have purchased the FFI Funeral Provider,
will be fully covered up to the end of August after which their
policies will be automatically be changed to the Bluechip Funeral
Plan. If you would prefer to upgrade to any other of our products,
go to PRODUCTS in your MEMBERS section and choose a product.
Please include the word "upgrade" on the new application to notify
us of the change.
New Products.
Two new products at R85-00 and R100-00 have been sourced from
MS Life. They will be administered
by FMI (Financial Management International). MS Life is represented
in 130 countries worldwide and this fits in well with our future
vision. They have also been in South Africa since 1964.
Marketing fee.
The word commission has been replaced by "marketing fee".
This is to comply with the new Policy Protection Rule. In future
you will therefore receive a percentage of the marketing fee as
remuneration.
The Bluechip Business Opportunity.
The changes we have made and the products that have been added,
will now put you in a position to generate an ONGOING and EVER
INCREASING income, for as long as your downline pays their premiums.
With volumes in a network, we will be able to negotiate for
better and more products and this would benefit all of us financially.
This is just the beginning of great stuff to come.

NEWSLETTER NO.4 (10 August 2001)
Dear Members,
This month's cut-off for all debit orders to be deducted on the
1st September, will be the 15th August.
One of the fax numbers listed previously, namely (021) 949 5297,
is incorrect and should be (021) 913 6842. Anybody who faxed applications
to that number, must please be kind enough to re-fax the confirmations
to us. The correct numbers are (021) 913 6842 or (021) 913
6842. Please communicate this to the people in your downline.
Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your assistance
in this matter.
It has also come to our attention that running two funeral plans
and a double system of calculating commissions are confusing and
difficult to explain when signing up people. This has compelled
us to have a re-look at our program and to bring in the necessary
changes as soon as possible.
After lengthy discussions with our top networkers and companies
underwriting our products, it was decided that there will from
the 16th August 2001 be one funeral plan and one commission structure
that will pay commissions as a percentage of premium. To accommodate
the above changes, the commission percentages will be adjusted,
and BONUSSES are going to be included, which will make
the total compensation package much more exciting.
Over and above this, as requested by the networkers, we are adding
another two products with premiums between R60 and R120.
To maximize the program and to accommodate the increase in applications,
we have removed one of the functions that could slow down the
retrieval of data and added more search facilities for you to
really zoom in on your downline's activities.
With the above changes in place on the website, marketing material
e.g. transparencies and video will soon be available to assist
you in your meetings. Please let us have the venue address of
your meetings so that we can advertise it on the website.
We are all very excited about the new changes. It will assist
you in achieving the goals you have set for yourself in Bluechip
a lot sooner. More information about the above will be communicated
to you next week.
Our sincere thanks to all that had an input in the above and
to those that assisted us to substantially increased our figures

Dear Networkers
It gives us great pleasure in announcing that we have acquired
more network products for you to choose from and that they are
underwritten by Sanlam Ltd. This has been made possible by your
continued support and an outstanding network program over the
last few months. For this we would like to thank you and the guys
behind the program.
A few inspiring thoughts:

Independent advertisers
1. For the past three months the debit orders and deposits ran
smoothly.
2. Of all the I.A.'s 40% qualified to earn commission
for the last three months. What an achievement!
3. Up until now the administration done by Sterling/Sage was
not computerized. It will soon phase in with our system to streamline
the administration in order for you to receive your policies sooner.
Concerning Sanlam, there will be no such problems at all.
4. Documentation concerning compliance will soon be on the website.
5. It must be noted at all times that the products may only be
advertised by using the documentation on the website. Firstly
the product should be promoted and then the business opportunity
thereafter. The client should also be able to afford the product.
6. There is a cooling off period of 30 days whereafter the client
may cancel and all payments done would immediately be refunded.

7. Administration
- Please provide us with a complete postal address to send
policies to.
- Without telephone numbers on applications, we cannot contact
someone if there is a mistake on the application or his policy
document has not been delivered.
- Always state member ID on all enquiries.
- Bank codes and ID numbers/birth dates left out on applications
still cause unnecessary administration.
- All cancellations of policies for the next month must reach
us before the 20th of the previous month.
8. The success of the network and the income that you will earn
from it is determined by how wide you build your first level.
Stacking will therefore not be allowed in the network and will
be strictly monitored.
